The Beat

The Beat was designed to articulate the spirit of New Urbanism, with its location adjacent to the Cedars light-rail station. Units feature walls of glass, angular balconies, concrete floors, and exposed structural elements to create the industrial loft feeling. The spacious amenity deck offers a grilling area and a pool deck that all have commanding views of the downtown skyline.

Located at the center of the City, you can park your car and leave it for days. Walk to dinner at Amuse, jazz at Brooklyn Jazz Café, music at Poor David’s Pub, dancing at Gilley’s, a concert at the Palladium Ballroom, or art exhibitions at South Side on Lamar.
